Purpose of the job: The Client Review Administrator (CRA) will provide a high-quality review delivery service to Partners and their clients. This allows our Partners to deliver a comprehensive review service to their clients. The CRA will also assist the Client Review Team Leader to develop, enhance and deliver the Private Wealth review service proposition.

Job Summary: To provide administration duties and support to the Private Wealth Partners and their designated Client Experience Executives (CEE’s) when required. This may include, but not limited to, producing client annual review reports, valuation summaries, cashflow modelling. Dealing with providers by telephone and email to gather the information required, to provide quality review service.

Key skills and personal attributes:

  • To have a thorough understanding of Foster Denovo’s processes and systems.
  • Understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulatory requirements and Compliance processes in which Foster Denovo operate.
  • Contact external providers via phone or email to retrieve information relating to investments of clients.
  • To help the CEE’s with putting together relevant client review packs for Partners.
  • Support with reviews by creating performance review reports, which may include Fastrak, and any supplementary information the Partners require for their review meetings.
  • Support the reviews by creating and or updating Voyant cashflow modelling and Timeline for the review meetings when requested by the Partners or Client Review Team Leader.
  • Understand and assist with Know Your Client (KYC) input for new clients and existing review clients.
  • Data inputting and preparing individual client annual review reports on the teams electronic reporting system.
  • Assistance with mailings / mail merges to clients, when needed.
  • Provide support with incoming and outgoing post when needed.
  • To undertake any other duties commensurate with your grade, skills and experience.
