Purpose of the job:
To help to deliver Foster Denovo’s growing H&P proposition, the role holder will be part of a team who provides a high-quality central administration and support service to corporate clients. This service allows Principal Partners and Consulting Partners to primarily focus on building existing client relationships and developing new clients.
Job summary:
- Working within the wider H&P team while managing their own day-to-day client and workload.
- Reporting directly to the Client Experience H&P Team Leader/Practice Manager.
- The role holder will be responsible for regular client contact as well as back-office administration and supporting advisers and Principal Partners and Consulting Partners on existing and new business.
Key skills and personal attributes:
- Assist with the general administration of benefits, which will include:
- Ensure the smooth running of assigned client portfolio on a day-to-day basis.
- Develop, maintain and cultivate a constructive and professional relationship with clients and insurers at all levels.
- Co-ordinate administration of schemes including renewal accounts, membership data, market reviews, claims and medical underwriting processing.
- Maintain client records and data in line with Secondsight systems and protocols.
- Independently respond to queries from both clients and insurers in a pro-active manner, whilst keeping advisers informed as appropriate.
- Support advisers with the re-broking and reviewing of schemes.
- Collate market review information, negotiate with insurers and draft renewal reports/emails.
- Contribute positively as required to broader H&P team and FD initiatives.
- To participate in appropriate company and departmental training, competence and development initiatives.
