Purpose of the job: To support Foster Denovo’s Private Wealth Proposition by delivering first-class support to Private Wealth Partners and their clients, enabling Partners to focus on client relationships and business development.
Job summary and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to Partners and their clients alongside a Client Experience Executive (CEE).
- Report directly to a Client Experience Team Leader.
- Manage workload effectively, including data entry, requesting and following up on client and policy information, to support Partners in managing investments, pensions, and protection policies.
- Follow Foster Denovo processes to deliver personalized, high-quality service.
- Ensure workflow is understood and tasks are tracked, allowing internal review of client statuses.
- Gather documentation and submit new business for compliance approval and quality assessment.
- Support the Client Experience Team Leader and relevant Partners/CEEs with daily tasks.
- Prepare personalized client packs for meetings.
- Obtain information on clients’ existing financial arrangements from providers.
- Input client data into the back-office system, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain client file compliance and accuracy.
- Scan and archive client files securely.
- Undertake additional duties as appropriate to your skills and role.
