Purpose of the job:

To help to deliver Foster Denovo’s Private Wealth Proposition by delivering a first-class support service to Private Wealth Partners and their clients. This allows our Partners to focus on the client relationship and developing relationships with new clients.

Job summary:

  1. Working alongside a CEE to provide high-quality admin support for Partners and their clients.
  2. Reporting directly to one of the Client Experience Team Leaders.
  3. A key part of this role is the organisation and management of workload, including but not limited to: data entry, requesting and chasing client & policy information, leading to Partners being able to provide recommendations to new & existing clients and manage their existing Investments, Pension & Protection policies.
  4. To follow Foster Denovo processes to deliver what clients perceive to be a personalised and high-quality service.
  5. To have a good understanding of the workflow and be able to deliver and report against the various tasks, ensuring that all internal interested parties can easily review the current status of each client.
  6. Collate all documentation and ensure that new business is submitted for internal compliance approval and quality grading.
  7. Provide general day-to-day support to the Client Experience Team Leader (Private Wealth Admin) and all relevant Partners / CEEs.
  8. Prepare personalised client packs for Partners prior to client meetings.
  9. Obtain information from providers on clients\’ existing financial arrangements.
  10. Input all client information into the back office system and ensure all tasks are recorded and acted upon within the agreed timescales.
  11. Ensure that the client file is compliant.
  12. Be responsible for scanning and archiving client files.
