Purpose of the job:
The Health & Protection area of the business is an important element of the Foster Denovo/Secondsight business and growth strategy.
The role is focussed on retaining and developing a portfolio of SME Healthcare clients, advising and placing insurance for employers and clear, suitable, advice and service to delight clients.
Input into new client opportunities will be required, working as part of a team to present appropriate Healthcare solutions.
The role scope covers the advising clients, planning, managing and delivering renewals. Administration support will be provided. Travel to client premises might be required.
JobSummary:
- Overall responsibility for a block of Healthcare schemes for a range of corporate clients, which will include:
- Administration as required
- Fact Find/initial advice calls
- The preparation of quote specifications, review of quotations, negotiation with insurers and preparation of review/renewal reports.
- Face to Face and telephone advice meetings with clients
- Generating additional revenue opportunities from the client book.
- Involvement in new business opportunities as directed.
- Ensure familiarity with, and stay abreast of, developments within the industry, including changes in products and legislation.
