This new leadership role oversees hiring for specialist and corporate functions at Foster + Partners. As Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team, partnering with business leaders to attract top talent across areas like engineering, IT, BIM, environmental design, and corporate services. With a global remit—primarily UK-based but expanding internationally—this is a unique opportunity to shape the hiring strategy for a diverse, dynamic portfolio.
Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes aligned with business needs.
• Partner with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across engineering, IT, BIM, environmental design, and corporate services.
• Shape and execute the hiring strategy for a diverse, global portfolio with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.
