As a Store Manager, you lead with energy, vision, and passion. You inspire your team to deliver a superior service and strong sales results whilst embodying the Company's core values. Through strategic recruiting, continuous coaching, and focused development of your employees, you create a positive, high-performing team culture. You analyse business figures, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement the right actions together with your team. You take responsibility for store performance, lead by example, and live our values - because at Fossil, it's Greater Together.
Your responsibilities
- Within your capacity as Store Manager, operate with an 'owner' mentality
- Lead, motivate and inspire the team to achieve store success
- Drive sales through individual targets and KPIs
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent
- Coach lifestyle selling techniques to connect with guests and drive multiple-category sales and consumer loyalty
- Embody and promote the brand aesthetic and culture, ensuring a superior guest experience
- Analyse KPIs and business drivers to derive strategic plans
- Ensure store standards and Company policy and procedures are upheld
- Provide training on product, promotions, initiatives and selling skills
- Act in the capacity of chair for employee meetings i.e touchbases, welfare, misconduct
- Liaise with centre management as required, ie job boards, private sale, promotions
- Build a positive, inclusive, and service-oriented work environment
- Collaborate closely with Area Management and internal stakeholders
- Be the point of contact for external stakeholders/contractors
Who you are
- Several years of leadership experience in retail, ideally in fashion/lifestyle
- Entrepreneurial mindset and results orientation
- Passion for team leadership, development, and customer service
- Inclusive, communicative, and solution-oriented leadership style
- Independent, committed, and adaptable
- Strong organisational skills and ability to set priorities
- Confident in all aspects of store management/leadership
