We are currently searching for an experienced Key Account Specialist to join our team based in Milton Keynes for 37.5 hours a week. This role is an amazing opportunity for an accomplished key account support looking for their next role. We are based in a brand new office in the heart of Milton Keynes next to centre:MK and our global home working policy is 4 days in the office and 1 from home.
Making an ImpactAs a Key Account Specialist, your role supports the Key Account Manager in developing the business with our Travel Retail Key Accounts throughout EMEA. This role coordinates promotional activities, reviews performance, identifies opportunities and prepares customer visits. Based in the Head Office this role will require a high degree of internal and external communication with the customer and internal cross functional teams. This role will also have some responsibility for managing a number of smaller accounts in their entirety which is a great opportunity for a more experienced key account specialist looking for their next step.
You will be based in the Milton Keynes office with occasional travel to support our EMEA partners, duties include:
- Preparing customer visits
- Key contact for accounts for administrative support
- Supporting range & product presentations based on input from KAM
- Preparing customized account presentations
- Fill in retailer specific spec sheets
- Provide information for door approval process
- Coordinates promotional activities
- Develop deep product knowledge and range understanding
- Ensuring retailers receive updates and communication as set out by the Sales Lead / Organization
- Collating competitor product and range developments
- Supports the sell in of products and brands using company developed sell in tools
- Responsible for checking the standard wholesale price and sending it to accounts
