Your Responsibilities
- Approach and engage guests in a friendly and proactive manner.
- Promote guest loyalty by providing a superior selling experience.
- Provide recommendations by utilising product knowledge and storytelling.
- Take ownership of individual targets and KPIs.
- Adaptable and effective one‑on‑one selling skills.
- Support product presentation and visual merchandising.
- Contribute to the store’s success and a positive team spirit.
Additional Keyholder Responsibilities
- Safely retain a set of store keys so that the store can be opened or closed in the absence of any management on shift.
- When no management is present on shift, the Keyholder will be responsible for completing opening and/or closing store routines, filling out daily planners, analysing reports, giving direction and support to the team, and ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.
- This is a position of responsibility; therefore the Keyholder should support management and lead by example in all aspects of the role, demonstrating the Fossil core values and retail behaviours.
