As a Sales Associate, you are the face of Fossil – focused, committed and passionate about creating a superior shopping experience whilst embodying the Company’s core values. You welcome our guests confidently and have the skill to build trusting relationships by sharing your product knowledge, actively listening and asking lifestyle questions to understand our guests' needs. You take ownership of your daily tasks and are self-driven to meet your individual sales and KPI targets.
