Position: On Boarding Administrator We are a well established law firm with three offices (Wilmslow, New Mills & Urmston).

This position is based in our Wilmslow office, where we have 30 staff, the majority of which have been with us long-term.

The successful candidate will be part of a small team who are the first point of contact for new clients who approach us for quotations for wills, probate or conveyancing.

The position supports our solicitors and conveyancers (fee earners) making sure that we provide a first class service to new clients.

Briefly the duties are: Dealing with client quotes, both verbally and in writing.

Sending out client correspondence.

Opening new files and passing to relevant fee earner.

Allocating new cases to the fee earners.

We are ideally looking for candidates with 12 months office experience gained in a legal environment but more importantly, you must be a confident communicator, organised with attention to detail and smart appearance.

We will consider part-time hours but due to the nature of the work there is no hybrid opportunity as you will be required to meet clients face to face if required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
