Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on the role of Fitness Motivator at Weymouth Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre, offering up to 25-30 hours per week plus personal training opportunities.
We require a committed and dynamic motivator to deliver a world-class customer experience. The Fitness Motivator will:
- Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification, with Level 3 Personal Trainer preferable.
- Provide motivation and support to customers to achieve their fitness goals through the consistent delivery of group sessions and meaningful gym floor contact.
- Actively and consistently promote the company’s vision and values.
- Make every member's visit an enjoyable experience that keeps them coming back.
- Be enthusiastic, positive, and ready to make a difference.
In-house training will be available to develop your skills. Working hours will include days, evenings, and weekends. There is also an opportunity to deliver personal training and support our group exercise programme. This role will require a DBS check to be completed.
