We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Directors. This role involves managing a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings for Directors
- Handling correspondence via email, phone calls, and written communication with professionalism and courtesy
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records in organisational software
- Assisting with travel arrangements, event planning, and logistical coordination
- Performing general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies
- Ensuring effective phone etiquette and providing exceptional administrative support to the Directors
- Managing confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Liaising with heads of departments within the company
- Assisting other administration team members where needed
Experience:
- Proven administrative experience in a similar role or office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Excellent data entry skills combined with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Good typing speed to facilitate efficient correspondence and documentation
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Previous office experience involving clerical duties and phone etiquette is preferred
