As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing coaching to help you develop into a successful Business-to-Business (B2B) sales professional. You will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls to commercial customers, discussing their energy requirements, and introducing tailored energy solutions. You’ll be supported every step of the way as you build your confidence, sales skills, and industry knowledge.
This is a fully office-based role within a fast-paced sales environment where success is recognised through uncapped commission, continuous development, and genuine opportunities for career progression.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to prospective business customers
- Learning how to identify new business opportunities and generate sales
- Building rapport and developing strong customer relationships
- Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
- Working towards individual sales targets and performance KPIs
- Keeping customer records and CRM systems up to date
- Working collaboratively as part of a motivated and supportive sales team
- Developing your communication, negotiation, and closing skills through ongoing training
