We are looking for a Senior Surveyor for our Strategic Asset Management business line.

What this job involves:
- Identify, implement and execute added value across their portfolio
- Create, implement and deliver annual asset strategy plans
- Foster/develop key relationships with tenants, trade occupiers and key advisors
- Oversee the Property Management and Facilities Management functions provided on the portfolio
- Manage internal JLL and external third parties on rent reviews, lease renewals and void lettings to maximise income
- Help in sourcing of appropriate investment and development opportunities
- Research, model and carry out due diligence in the purchase and disposal of assets
- Liaise with the Fund’s valuers
- Assist in the valuation process
- Assist in the Fund reporting
Qualifications:
- A confident and capable individual keen to take an active role within the team
- Able to identify, implement and execute added value across the portfolio
- Manage internal JLL and external third parties
- The ability to work within a team and on own initiative
- Enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated
- Strong verbal and numerical skills, and be comfortable with report writing
- Excellent time management and general organisational skills
- The ability to be flexible and work under pressure
- Must be well presented and have excellent communication skills
- RICS with proven experience, preferably 2 years PQE in a commercial consultancy
