We're an AI-native automation platform for retail and FMCG enterprises, backed by Index Ventures ($15M seed) and approaching Series A. We're building something genuinely new — and we need the right person to own the UK & Ireland patch from day one. This is a founding AE role. No inherited pipeline. No playbook. No hand-holding. Just a real opportunity to shape a territory, influence go-to-market, and grow with a company that's moving fast.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the full UK & Ireland enterprise patch end-to-end — pipeline to pilot to close to expansion
  • Self-source outbound into enterprise retail and FMCG accounts
  • Run discovery with Heads of Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations — selling on P&L impact
  • Co-design pilots with pre-sales that deliver guaranteed outcomes
  • Work directly with the Head of Commercial and founders to shape GTM

What we're looking for:

  • 7–12 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience (£100K+ ACV, multi-stakeholder, multi-month cycles)
  • Founding or early-stage AE background — you've built territory from zero with no brand recognition
  • Proven self-sourcer — you don't wait for inbound or SDR support
  • Experience selling to operational/commercial buyers, not just IT
  • Direct experience in Retail or FMCG (think Tesco, Diageo, similar)
  • MEDDPICC fluency and comfort running structured deal qualification
  • UK-based, able to travel across UK & Ireland

What's on offer:

  • £90K–£120K base | £180K–£240K OTE
  • Competitive equity
  • Remote-first (UK, GMT hours) with customer travel

This isn't a role for someone who's spent their career at Salesforce or Oracle waiting for leads to land in their CRM. It's for a hunter who knows how to hold a room with a Supply Chain Director at a FTSE 100 — and close.
