As a Sales Office Administrator, you will support the day-to-day running of the sales office, dealing with customer enquiries, processing orders and assisting the sales team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Completing daily/weekly Telesales targets
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Liaising with customers, sales representatives and internal departments
- Updating customer records and order information
- Handling email enquiries in a professional manner
- Preparing quotes, order confirmations and general sales paperwork
- Supporting the sales team with general administration duties
- Resolving customer queries and providing excellent service
- Helping to ensure the smooth running of the sales office
The Ideal Candidate
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone and by email as Telesales will form an integral part of the role each day
- Organised, reliable and able to manage a busy workload
- Accurate with data entry and order processing
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable using computers and office systems
- Experienced in administration, sales support or customer service
Previous experience in a sales office, customer service or administration role would be beneficial, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
