• Operations Manager
• Monday to Friday
• Car Allowance
• Salary: £50,000

Job details:

• Operations Manager to manage 20 sites in and around East London.
• Operations Manager to lead, support and develop your teams, creating a positive environment where people feel valued, motivated and able to succeed.
• Operations Manager to take ownership of financial performance, managing budgets and costs.
• Operations Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and schools, ensuring we deliver an excellent service and continue to develop those partnerships.
• Operations Manager to identify opportunities to improve and grow your area, sharing ideas and working with the wider Olive Dining team to continually develop our service.
• Operations Manager to coach and develop future talent, helping our people progress and build successful careers within Olive Dining.

What You’ll Need:

• A hands-on and approachable leadership style, with a willingness to get involved and support your teams on the ground.
• Strong experience in a multi-site.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, schools and internal teams.
• A genuine passion for great food, high standards and delivering an excellent experience for our schools and customers.
