About You! Experience
- Good knowledge of general ledger functions and accounts payable best practices.
- Experience in accounts payable or similar role desirable.
- Proficiency with accounting software (MCS experience desired but not essential) and MS Excel.

- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with supplier and internal stakeholders.
About the Role! Key Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process supplier invoices.
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing processes, including GL account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
- Respond to supplier inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and ensure compliance with company policies.
