We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team and provide quality care to our residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with personal care, supporting with mealtimes and drinks and with completing care notes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to providing the highest level of care.
You will be joining a dedicated and caring team who really care for our residents, their families and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and comfort.
- Assist with eating and drinking where required.
- Assist in the collection of resident data.
- Helping our residents to remain as physically active and independent as possible.
- Enabling our residents to have their choices respected and to always offer them privacy and dignity.
- Provide assistance to senior care staff.
- Observe and report changes in resident’s condition to the appropriate clinical personnel.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
