Due to our expanding Nursery, The Webber Independent School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to guide one of our vibrant nursery rooms and lead practice with passion and purpose.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading your room with energy, warmth, and professionalism
- Supporting, mentoring, and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding care and education
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment tailored to the needs of each child
- Working closely with families to build strong relationships and ensure every child feels at home
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS
- Maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and safety
About You:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (NVQ or equivalent)
- Experience working in a nursery setting, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
- A nurturing, enthusiastic leader who is hands-on and team-oriented
- First Aid trained (or willing to undertake training)
