At Kimberley, our vision is to deliver the best caravan & motorhome buying and ownership experience for our customers. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Warranty Administrator/Service Advisor based on the front desk in our fast-paced after sales department.

The individual needs to be comfortable facing customers, outgoing and personable with the ability to influence people, possess a problem-solving mentality, and be assertive. A strong administrative background is ideal, along with the ability to multi-task, good customer service/people skills, and being highly organised.

Excellent communication skills are a must across a variety of platforms. A desire to learn about our popular industry that brings joy and the freedom of travel to our customers is essential.

The job description includes but isn’t limited to:

  • Seeing customer vehicles in and out of the business
  • Liaising with the workshop team
  • Customer relations, updates and problem solving in person, phone and email
  • Submitting detailed claims to manufacturers and supporting advisors in submission of claims
  • Invoicing warranty claims to manufacturers
  • Chasing and submitting warranty claims and orders for dispatch dates
  • Ensuring revenue is maximised by maximising warranty claims and invoicing whilst returning unused parts into stock and faulty parts for credit
  • Making timed appointments and dealing with drop-offs and collections by customers
  • Making bookings with reference to the workshop diary to ensure sufficient time to complete the repair
  • Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks
  • Responding to calls, emails and enquiries in a reasonable timeframe and professionally, referring the caller to the appropriate person/department, taking any messages where required
  • Providing a pro-active service to customers to update them on outstanding claims
  • Building a strong relationship with manufacturers and responding to any incoming tasks or queries
  • Assisting with work in progress document control, ensuring all necessary information is gathered, documented and included in the customers' paperwork

The working days for this position are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm, with occasional Saturdays. For any Saturday worked, you will be able to have a day off in the week. There is also a bonus available based on team performance monthly.
