The role
Diamonds Factory is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead, support and inspire a close-knit team of up to five people. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the day‑to‑day running of the store. You will help your team reach their targets while making sure every customer feels welcomed, understood and valued. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys being present on the shop floor, coaching their team and creating the kind of experience customers remember for all the right reasons.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the store team
