Overview
Night Porter role with Dalata Hotel Group in Belfast. You will join a team that provides guest services, maintains cleanliness, and supports event setup as part of nightly operations.
Responsibilities
- Check in and out hotel guests as required, and assist with guest requests related to luggage/porterage.
- Clean and maintain areas in the hotel, including the lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant and bar floor, public and staff areas, and the meeting room floor.
- Clean other areas as directed by the manager on duty and per the nightly checklist, which may include set-up of function rooms and the breakfast area.
- Manage the front entrance and outside areas to ensure they are clean and tidy at all times, including emptying bins and picking up rubbish.
- Understand the hotel fire procedures to ensure the safety of staff and guests at all times.
- Set up meeting rooms as required.
