An established independent Chartered Surveying practice is looking to appoint an MRICS Building Surveyor to undertake Prime and Super Prime residential building surveying work across Oxfordshire and London. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor looking to specialise in high-value residential properties while joining a respected and growing independent practice. The role offers hybrid working, with approximately one day per week in the office and the remainder spent working remotely or carrying out inspections.

The role:

You’ll undertake residential building surveys across Oxfordshire and London, focusing primarily on Prime and Super Prime residential properties. Expected workload is approximately 8-12 surveys per month, allowing a strong focus on quality rather than volume. This role would suit an MRICS Building Surveyor seeking exposure to high-value residential property while enjoying excellent flexibility and long-term career prospects.

  • MRICS qualified
  • Residential Building Surveying experience
  • Strong report writing skills

  • Full UK driving licence
