At Simmer, we're on a mission to make healthy eating effortless. We create chef-made, high-protein meals inspired by flavours from around the world, making it easier for busy people to eat well every day. What started with £10 worth of ingredients and a handful of family recipes has grown into one of the UK's fastest-growing businesses. In both 2025 and 2026, Simmer was recognised by The Sunday Times as the UK's 5th fastest-growing company. We're proud of that, but we're much more focused on what comes next. We're a profitable, founder-led business building in a category we think can become much bigger. We've grown quickly through product quality, performance marketing and a deep understanding of our customers. Now we're entering the next phase. We don’t just want to build a great food company. We want to build a brand that people genuinely choose to engage with, talk about and remember. We're still a deliberately lean team, which means people here get close to the work, the customers and the decisions that shape the business. Good ideas can come from anywhere, and the people who join us have the chance to make a real impact. We're ambitious, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. There's still a huge amount to build, and we think we're only at the beginning.

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to help shape what Simmer becomes next. This isn't a traditional brand role. We're looking for someone who enjoys spotting opportunities, coming up with ideas and making them happen. You’ll work across campaigns, partnerships, founder content, product launches, social, activations and whatever else feels like the right opportunity. You’ll work closely with founders and teams across the business to help create things that people notice, remember and talk about. Some weeks you’ll be launching a campaign and others you’ll be bringing a partnership to life, helping shape founder content or creating a completely new brand moment. The role sits at the intersection of brand and growth. We care about creativity, but we’re equally interested in commercial impact. The best ideas won’t live in presentations. They’ll show up in culture, conversations and the real world.

We're much more interested in how you think than the exact path you’ve taken. You might come from brand, social, partnerships, community, PR, growth, activations or somewhere completely different. You’ll probably enjoy this role if:

  • You naturally pay attention to culture, brands and the internet.
  • You have strong opinions about what makes people care.
  • You’re always spotting interesting campaigns, creators or opportunities.
  • You enjoy coming up with ideas and turning them into reality.
  • You think creatively but never lose sight of commercial impact.
  • You like building things rather than maintaining them.
  • You’re comfortable working closely with founders and in a fast-moving environment.
  • You’re proactive, adaptable and happy figuring things out as you go.

You don’t need to have all the answers. You do need to be curious, resourceful and excited by building something special. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to help create a brand that people genuinely choose to spend time with, not just buy from. If you’re excited by helping shape one of the UK's fastest-growing consumer brands and think you’d enjoy building alongside a small, ambitious team, we’d love to hear from you.
