We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Apprentice to join our Marketing and Business Development team. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in marketing who is eager to develop their skills while working towards a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across a range of marketing activities and play a key role in supporting campaigns that drive business growth.

About the role

As a Marketing Apprentice, you will support the Marketing and Business Development team in delivering coordinated marketing activities to:

  • Increase private self‑funded patient numbers
  • Drive private medical insurance referrals
  • Promote Benenden Members’ paid‑for services
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of multi‑channel marketing campaigns
  • Support content creation across digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Help maintain marketing materials, databases, and communications
  • Monitor campaign activity and provide administrative support to the team
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to support marketing initiatives

Skills and experience required

We’re seeking someone who is passionate about marketing and keen to learn and develop within a supportive team environment. You will have:

  • A strong interest in marketing and enthusiasm to work towards the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing channels
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • An interest in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe InDesign
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a positive approach to work
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
