Salary: £23,000 (based on £31,500 full time)
Contract: Part‑time (28 hours per week); one‑year fixed‑term with likelihood of renewal subject to funding. Expect in‑person work 60% of the time at Media City or delivery locations. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
Role Summary
This role leads the communications and engagement function, shaping Youth Leads UK’s voice and ensuring the world hears what young people are doing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategy and brand
- Own the communications strategy, ensuring coherence, consistency, and purpose across all channels.
- Be the guardian of brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all outputs.
- Work with the CEO to align communications with organisational priorities and the Generation NOW strategy.
- Analyse performance across channels and use insights to inform future actions.
- Campaigns and content
- Lead the development and delivery of youth‑led campaigns on issues important to our communities.
- Oversee planning and production of Youth Leads Magazine – three editions each year.
