Notes Coffee Roasters & Bar is a collection of coffee shops and bars serving Notes speciality own roasted coffee, brunch, craft beers, well-chosen wines, and classic cocktails with 12+ locations across London. We love our customers, and our teams are fun-loving families.

We are looking for a Supervisor to join the Notes team at the Selfridges. If you thrive delivering exceptional customer experiences, love great coffee, wine, cocktails, and craft beer, and enjoy leading by example, we’d love to hear from you!

As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the shop runs smoothly, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving profitability. Your leadership will inspire the team to create a welcoming environment, maintain high standards of quality, and build strong relationships with customers.

You will support the day-to-day running of the shop, lead by example, and ensure excellent customer service. You will help maintain high standards, support and motivate the team, and create a welcoming environment for customers.

Salary: £13.35 per hour

Shifts: any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and evenings

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supervisor/team leader role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry, ideally 1+ years
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service
