What you'll be doing:

  • Case Management: Handling a diverse caseload of litigated motor claims (Property Damage and Personal Injury) through to settlement or trial.
  • Technical: Drafting and reviewing court documents, witness statements, and instructions with high attention to detail.
  • Strategic Negotiation: Driving commercial outcomes through robust negotiation and effective management of panel solicitors.
  • Accurate Reserving: Ensuring financial exposure is correctly reflected at every stage of the litigation lifecycle.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous legal experience ideally within a motor insurance and claims environment.
  • Experience in dealing with personal injury would be an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of CPR, the MOJ Portal, and the litigation process.
  • Ability to provide clear, concise case updates to Andrew and wider stakeholders.
  • A proactive, 'owner' mentality with a desire to sharpen your legal expertise in a fast‑paced environment.
