GXO Logistics is hiring an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid Reach Truck FLT licence to join our Kimberly Clark team in Northfleet. This is a full time, permanent role with guaranteed 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rotating shift of 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Load/unload vehicles, secure goods includes moving curtains and securing load with strapping
- FLT – Operate Reach Truck or counterbalance would be a bonus
- Check pallet quality, replenish stock, put items away and pick orders
- Replenish stock locations to ensure efficient picking
- Carry out general warehouse duties as required to support the wider team.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Valid Reach Truck FLT licence (RITTB or ITSSAR accepted) or counterbalance
- Great communication skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads and work using own initiative
- Ability to complete manual handling tasks in a safety manner
- Refresher training available (valid licence required at start)
