Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing goods and obtaining supplier quotations.
- Organise and maintain warehouse storage areas to support efficient stock control.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
- Carry out regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Raise purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier documentation.
- Prepare and issue materials to support operational requirements.
- Provide general administrative support for procurement and warehouse operations.
About You
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, stores, warehousing, or inventory control.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid forklift licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
