Key Responsibilities
- Organize team meetings, events, and maintain accurate minutes of meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Support planning and coordination of internal and external training sessions
- Prepare and maintain team dashboards and reports
- Manage procurement of IT equipment, mobile devices, PPE, and other office needs
- Support onboarding activities for new starters
- General Office Administration Support includes:
- Entering data or performing word processing work in support of local office or function-specific business processes.
- Coordinating the logistics for office events.
- Coordinating the logistics for office moves (e.g., moving office furniture, packing files, etc.).
- Providing back-up support for reception/switchboard or the mailroom.
