The Opportunity

Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service? We are looking for a Field Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support our customers in the Glasgow & Edinburgh and surrounding regions, ensuring the effective use of our industry-leading chemicals and equipment through expert training and on-site support.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Service Excellence
    • Provide exceptional service to key strategic and national accounts.
    • Follow tailored service plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Hands-On Responsibilities
    • Deliver comprehensive training sessions to client teams.
    • Conduct on-site audits to assess performance and adherence.
    • Monitor product effectiveness and suggest improvements.
    • Minimise downtime using remote diagnostics and tools.
  • Collaboration & Customer Engagement
    • Work closely with National and Internal Account Teams to align on service objectives.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling; share insights with sales teams.
    • Maintain detailed records and reporting using Salesforce for clear communication.
