Position Overview
- Pay: £15.75 per hour for day shifts, £12.24 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 per hour on weekends.
- Hours: Flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts, coordinated with Estate and Operations Managers.

- Offer essential support, oversee safety and wellbeing, coordinate engaging activities, and foster a warm environment.
- Ensure emergency assistance is available during night shifts, providing peace of mind for residents.
