We are looking for a proactive, knowledgeable, enthusiastic AI & Automation Exec/Lead to support in driving the AI and Automation strategy at QCS. This is an opportunity to develop your AI and Automation skills across the whole business.
The crucial purpose of this role is to take ownership of QCS’ automations and AI strategy to drive performance in line with business goals.

What you’ll do:
- Review current AI & Automation strategies; recommend amendments and improvements
- Full ownership of Bullhorn, Bullhorn Automation and any new tools
- Own the AI strategy for QCS Staffing, ensuring we are utilising the right AI tools while maintaining security and data protection
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and Automation across all channels
- Own all automations within the business
- Develop and build automations at key touch points
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience with Bullhorn and Bullhorn Automation is ideal
- Extensive experience in using Automation software
- High level knowledge and experience of using multiple AI platforms and tools
- Vast experience in using/ managing CRM platforms
- Excellent knowledge of AI prompts when utilising AI-powered chatbots (i.e. ChatGPT and Copilot)
