Want to own paid media strategy rather than just optimise campaigns? Looking for a part-time role that offers genuine flexibility? Ready to join an agency that trusts you to do your best work? We’re partnering with an award-winning Bristol digital agency that is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of a portfolio of Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts.

This is a genuine strategic role where you’ll manage campaigns, analyse performance, advise clients and drive results across both platforms. You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, influence strategy and build strong client relationships, rather than simply delivering campaign updates and reports. The position starts at 16 hours per week across two days, with a clear opportunity to increase both hours and earnings as the agency continues to grow.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Previous agency experience would be highly beneficial
  • Experience across Search, Performance Max, Display and Paid Social campaigns
  • Good understanding of GA4, tracking and attribution
  • Confident analysing performance data and making recommendations
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and presenting results
  • Able to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Commercially minded with a focus on performance and ROI

Benefits

This role offers genuine flexibility with hybrid working, adjustable hours and a culture built on trust rather than micromanagement. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, have real ownership of your accounts and play a key role in the future growth of the paid media offering. There is also a clear pathway to increase your hours and earnings as the role develops, alongside ongoing training and development opportunities.

Sound Good? This opportunity would suit an experienced Paid Media specialist looking for better work-life balance, greater flexibility and the chance to work strategically within a growing agency. Whether you’re currently agency-side, in-house or freelancing, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that genuinely values expertise, autonomy and results.
