The Role
You will be working in a small, well-organised kitchen preparing and cooking a range of breakfast and lunch dishes during our daytime service. This role would suit someone who enjoys cooking fresh, traditional cafe food and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Hours & Working Pattern
- 3 days per week
- Includes weekends on a rota basis
- Daytime hours only (approx. 8:30am – 2:30pm)
- No evening shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch dishes
- Cooking traditional cafe food to a consistent standard
- Assisting with daily specials and food prep
- Maintaining high food hygiene standards
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and ready for service
- Supporting smooth service during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in a cafe or similar kitchen
- Confident cooking breakfast and lunch service
