We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to join the UK’s market-leading Adult Gaming Company, overseeing 6 venues across Central and West London.
What We Offer
- Salary: £49,004 per annum, plus an attractive bonus scheme.
- Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days (flexibility across 7 days essential).
- 33 days annual leave (inclusive of public holidays).

Your Role
- Driving the overall performance of your area, including financial results and operational excellence.
- Leading and managing your team, ensuring engagement, development, and retention.
- Overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, including Health & Safety and security protocols.
- Building a culture of success, teamwork, and customer focus across your venues.
About You
- You’re a proactive leader with proven experience in multi-site management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong people management and HR skills.
- A solid understanding of compliance, health & safety, and security requirements.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to the needs of your area.
