We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
This role offers an opportunity to develop your hospitality skills within a lively environment, contributing to memorable guest experiences.
Would be suitable for someone with a keen interest in golf as course facilities are available to be used by staff.
The suitable candidate could also progress to becoming Bar Manager after Training.
Duties
- Serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware and utensils.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to licensing laws.
- Restock bar supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations at all times.
- Provide friendly and attentive service, creating a welcoming environment for guests.
- Assist in setting up events or special functions as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- A professional attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality who enjoy working in social environments while maintaining high standards of service and safety.
- Full time position with no split shifts, hours based on 5 x 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7.30 am till 7.00pm over 7 days with annualised Hours.
