Job Summary: The post holder will have responsibility for the overall management, development and implementation of high-quality administration and site support services within one of the teams that form the Foundation Trust. They will ensure the continued effective operational management of a team of administrative staff, some of whom may work across sites.
The postholder will need to demonstrate a high level of prioritising and organisational skills and be able to use initiative to develop office support systems as required, organising their own workload to meet Trust and local requirements, adjusting priorities as necessary in negotiation with their manager and leaders. The post holder will work closely with the Senior Admin Manager and other administrators to ensure appropriate standards in documentation and process so that the administration service can best support clinical colleagues.
The postholder will be expected to contribute to improving systems and processes and will have responsibility for supporting the management and oversight of team performance against performance and safety indicators. The post holder will be the Digital Transformation Lead for their team.
