Are you excited by the idea of helping scale a fast-growing tech business across London, Mumbai and Austin? Do you want to own a high-impact events and partner marketing programme — and build the infrastructure that makes it world-class? Are you someone who thrives on structure, loves building relationships with major platform partners, and can stay calm when everything is happening at once? If so, we would love to hear from you!
Fospha is dedicated to building the world’s most powerful measurement solution for online retail. For over a decade, we’ve helped teams make smarter decisions with full-funnel marketing insights, forecasting, and optimisation. With Fospha, every team moves faster and grows smarter. Trusted by leading brands across three continents, including Huel, Oh Polly, and Dyson, Fospha manages $4 billion in annual ad spend.
This is a senior, high-ownership role at the heart of Fospha’s go-to-market motion. You’ll own the full events calendar and our co-marketing relationships with major platform partners — including TikTok, Snapchat, Meta and Google — bringing both to life with rigour, creativity, and commercial intent. You’ll manage one talented Events Coordinator, and work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and our platform partners to ensure every event and activation is tied to clear pipeline outcomes. This role is based in London, with quarterly travel expected for EMEA events. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this role is for an operator who can plan six months out, make confident budget decisions, build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders, and then show up and execute flawlessly on the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the events strategy and calendar — from major industry conferences and trade shows to intimate client dinners and partner-hosted activations.
- Plan backwards from goals, manage budgets, and ensure every event has a clear commercial purpose.
- Lead partner co-marketing programmes with Fospha’s major platform partners, developing joint activations — including co-hosted events, co-branded content, and webinars — that create genuine value for both sides.
- Manage and develop the Events Coordinator, providing clear direction, well-structured briefs, and the right level of oversight to help them thrive.
- Own event logistics end-to-end — from venue and vendor management to merchandise, invitations, on-site execution and post-event follow-up — with meticulous attention to detail.
- Track, report and optimise — define success metrics for every event and activation, measure outcomes (pipeline generated, meetings booked, leads captured) and use data to continuously improve our approach.
- Build and manage playbooks and templates that make Fospha’s events programme more efficient, repeatable and scalable over time.
- Represent Fospha confidently in conversations with senior platform stakeholders, brand partners and prospective clients at events.
In addition to your core responsibilities, we expect you to be excited by the opportunity GenAI brings and to find new ways of working utilising our GenAI hub!
What are we looking for?
We hire for potential — you should apply if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in events or a closely related field, ideally within a fast-paced B2B tech or SaaS environment.
- Are an exceptionally structured operator — you plan backwards from goals, build detailed project plans and never drop a ball.
- Are commercially minded — you understand ROI, can speak the language of pipeline and revenue and know how to articulate value exchange in a partner relationship.
- Are confident managing budgets, making cost-conscious trade-off decisions and holding yourself accountable to outcomes.
- Are highly personable and relationship-driven — you’re genuinely energised by building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and platform partners and you show up with warmth and confidence in every room.
- Have experience managing or mentoring others and know how to delegate with clarity and trust.
- Are calm and decisive under pressure — live events don’t faze you and you know how to make the right call quickly when things don’t go to plan.
- Are excited by GenAI and modern tooling and actively look for ways to work smarter.
