About Us
Fospha is dedicated to building the worldâs most powerful measurement solution for online retail. For over a decade, weâve helped teams make smarter decisions with fullâfunnel marketing insights, forecasting, and optimisation. With Fospha, every team moves faster and grows smarter. Trusted by over 200 leading brands across three continents, including Huel, Oh Polly, and Represent, Fospha manages $2.5 billion in annual ad spend. Weâre scaling fast across London, Mumbai, and Austin â and weâre now looking for a Product Marketer to join our Product Marketing team to support the growth of the business.
The Role
This is a highâimpact role at the heart of Fosphaâs product marketing engine. Youâll own the loop from product to market â building launch plans, activating crossâfunctional teams, and tracking success metrics from awareness through to adoption. Youâll work closely with the Product Marketing Lead and Product Marketing Executive to ensure our goâtoâmarket strategy is tight, feedback loops are fast, and every launch drives measurable business outcomes. Youâll be the glue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS â ensuring every product release is wellâcommunicated, wellâmeasured, and wellâadopted.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage goâtoâmarket plans for all new products and major releases, activating crossâfunctional teams across Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure consistent delivery, messaging alignment, and measurable outcomes.
- Define success metrics with Product Managers (e.g. feature adoption, timeâtoâvalue, satisfaction), systematise insight capture, and build structured feedback routes between CS, PMM, and Product to inform roadmap priorities and enablement content.
- Create and maintain enablement assets (product decks, oneâpagers, playbooks, FAQs), standardise the launchâtoâadoption process with validation checklists and postâlaunch reviews, and drive accountability across teams for release hygiene.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing Lead to refine positioning and messaging, translate complex capabilities into simple customer stories, and contribute to education on model confidence and transparency.
- Maintain visibility of success metrics from launch through to adoption, publish clear adoption and trend summaries, and share updates with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Exec teams to shape future GTM priorities.
In addition to your core responsibilities, we expect you to be excited by the opportunity Gen AI brings and find new ways of working utilising our Gen AI hub!
What are we looking for?

- Can plan and execute product launches endâtoâend with clear accountability and timelines.
- Are strong in roadmap management â stage gates, tight timelines, and disciplined followâthrough.
- Have experience creating enablement assets that simplify complex products.
- Are comfortable interpreting data and customer insights to drive decisions.
- Bonus: Familiarity with measurement, MMM/MTA, or adtech.
- Bonus: Experience with GTM tooling (GA4, Shopify, CRM analytics, Notion, Jira, enablement platforms).
