The RoleThis is a handsâon, highâoutput social content role. Youâll own the dayâtoâday creation and execution of Fosphaâs social presence â primarily LinkedIn and shortâform video â working closely with our Senior Marketing Executive and Head of Marketing.
Youâll take Fosphaâs research, insights, and product thinking and turn them into social content that senior marketers actually want to watch, read, and share.
Youâll be in the edit, on camera, in the trends, and in the data. Youâll know whatâs performing before anyone asks, and youâll have ideas for what to try next before the last post has gone live.
This isnât a strategy role with occasional execution. Itâs a handsâon execution role for someone who also thinks about why content works and how to make it better.

What Youâll Do
Own social content endâtoâend â ideating, filming, editing, and publishing shortâform video and LinkedIn content that builds Fosphaâs brand with our target audience
Turn Fosphaâs research, reports, product launches, and customer stories into engaging social content â whether thatâs short videos, carousels, or sharp LinkedIn posts.
Support executive social presence â helping create content for Fospha leaders, so our insights reach the market through both the Fospha account and individual voices.
Stay ahead of trends and signals â actively monitoring what formats are working across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, while also keeping a close eye on what competitors, platforms, and marketing leaders are talking about. Bring those signals into Fosphaâs content calendar quickly.
Be comfortable on camera â whether thatâs filming yourself, helping prep our exec team (Sam Carter, Jamie Bolton), or directing others, youâre not shy in front of a lens
Track and report on performance â you care about views, engagement, follower growth, clickâthroughs, and whether the right marketers are paying attention.
Work crossâfunctionally â pulling in subject matter experts from Product, CS, and Sales to turn their knowledge into content people actually want to watch
Support broader content moments â events, social moments, awards, team highlights â youâll be there with a camera and a plan
Use AI tools actively â accelerating ideation, scripting, captioning, visual creation, and editing workflows.
Create polished visual content â editing video, designing LinkedIn carousels, generating images or graphics, and producing assets that make Fosphaâs insights stand out in the feed.
Experiment constantly â testing new formats, hooks, and platforms, learning quickly from what performs, and making sure Fospha shows up wherever marketing leaders are paying attention.
What Weâre Looking For
Are native to social platforms â you donât just use them, you understand how they work, what the algorithm rewards, and why certain content cuts through
Are obsessed with trends â youâre the person who spots something blowing up before itâs everywhere, and you know how to make it relevant to a brand like Fospha
Are a fast executor â you can go from idea to published post quickly, without needing everything to be perfect before you hit go
Are confident on camera â comfortable filming yourself or others, at ease in front of a lens, and able to bring natural energy to video content
Are performanceâaware â you care about metrics, you check them regularly, and you use them to make better decisions
Are coachable but energetic â you bring your own ideas and instincts, but youâre open to feedback and you want to grow fast
Have 1â2 years of experience creating social or video content (professional or personal â a strong personal brand or portfolio counts)
