As a Revenue Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in optimising the operations, enablement, insights, and tools across our marketing, sales, customer success, and finance teams. Responsible for driving efficiency, alignment, and effectiveness across these key revenue-generating functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Management: Develop and manage pipeline creation processes to fuel marketing and partnership initiatives. Implement strategies to optimize lead generation, qualification, and conversion. Embedding financial controls and processes around marketing, sales and customer success budgets and spending.
- Pipeline Forecasting: Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to develop accurate revenue and pipeline forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and pipeline analysis. Regularly monitor and update forecasts, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Internal Communications Management: Facilitate communication between marketing, partnerships, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, initiatives, and priorities. Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance collaboration and transparency.
- Planning and Reporting: Lead the planning and reporting processes for marketing and partnership activities, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and performance metrics. Generate regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs, analyse results, and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate team calendars to schedule meetings, events, and campaigns, ensuring optimal use of resources and alignment with marketing objectives. Maintain marketing-related calendars to track campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Professional Requirements:
- 2.1 Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field relating to business administration, operations, marketing, finance or STEM subjects.
- Strong understanding of business operations, processes, and systems.
- Good working knowledge of tools such as Hubspot, Slack, Jira, Notion, Gong, Zoom and MSOffice.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Working location:
The Fospha UK team is based at the Scale Space tech campus in West London - where you can partake in a full social calendar of community events & classes. While we take pride in offering flexibility—accommodating working hours and personal circumstances—our team members spend 4 days a week in the office to maximize opportunities for learning and collaboration.
