About us

Fospha is dedicated to building the world's most powerful measurement solution for online retail. For over a decade, we've helped teams make smarter decisions with full-funnel marketing insights, forecasting, and optimisation. With Fospha, every team moves faster and grows smarter. Trusted by over 200 leading brands across three continents, including Huel, Oh Polly, and Represent, Fospha manages $2.5 billion in annual ad spend. We’re scaling fast across London, Mumbai, and Austin – and we’re now looking for a Talent Lead to join our team and support the growth of the business by owning and evolving how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional Tech and Product talent in the UK.

The Role

As Talent Lead, you will own end-to-end hiring for our UK Tech and Product roles, acting as a strategic partner to our Senior Leadership Team. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, and Marketing leaders to understand capability gaps, define priorities, and deliver high-quality hires in a competitive London market. You will also be the line manager for a Talent Coordinator, providing coaching and support to ensure smooth delivery across hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end hiring, from role scoping to offer management
  • Partner with Tech and Product leadership to identify skill gaps, define role priorities, and align on hiring plans
  • Source creatively and proactively, mapping the London tech market, building diverse pipelines, and engaging passive candidates directly
  • Design, refine, and embed interview frameworks and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality selection
  • Act as the expert on the London tech talent market, advising on salary benchmarks, competitor activity, and networking opportunities
  • Own and continuously improve candidate experience, ensuring timely, transparent communication and a strong employer brand at every touchpoint
  • Experiment with tools and GenAI to improve sourcing, screening, and selection effectiveness
  • Track and report on hiring performance, sharing insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-hire
  • Build and maintain long-term talent pools for critical roles needed in the months ahead

In addition to your core responsibilities, we expect you to be excited by the opportunity GenAI brings and to find new ways of working using our GenAI hub.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a driven, resilient Talent Lead with a strong track record of hiring technical roles in competitive markets. We hire for potential – you should apply if you:

  • Have proven experience hiring technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data, Design) or similar markets
  • Bring a true partner mindset, communicating effectively with senior stakeholders and challenging where needed to get to the right outcome
  • Have experience improving recruitment processes and introducing new, more effective ways of working
  • Are comfortable using ATS platforms (we use Greenhouse) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub
  • Are passionate about candidate experience, DEI, and employer branding
  • Are resourceful, persistent, and creative, with the resilience needed to succeed in London’s tech talent market
  • US recruitment experience is a strong plus

Our Values and Principles

You will be able to demonstrate examples of our core principles:

  • Seek inclusion & diversity: We create an environment where everyone feels welcome, and people are encouraged to speak and be heard
  • Work Hard, Work Well, Work Together: We take responsibility for making things happen, independently and together; we help colleagues in need and close loops, ensuring our work has lasting impact
  • Grow: We are proactive, curious, and unafraid of failure
  • Customer at the heart: We care deeply about our customers and love building products that solve their biggest problems
  • Candour with caring: We deliver candid feedback with kindness and receive it with gratitude

What we can offer you

  • Be part of a leading global venture builder, Blenheim Chalcot, and learn from exceptional talent across the group
  • A strong mix of challenge, learning, and development opportunities
  • Flexible benefits including Private Medical and Dental, gym subsidies, life assurance, and pension scheme
  • 25 days of paid holiday plus your birthday off
  • Free snacks in the office
  • Quarterly team socials
