The RoleWe\’re hiring a Revenue Operations Executive to help scale our commercial engine.
This is a full ownership role for someone with early experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or CRM administration. You will own systems, data foundations and enablement operations that directly impact revenue performance.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on improving reporting, systems, building structure and delivering clarity to fast-moving teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn configuration and optimisation of HubSpotSupport rollout of new tools and processesEnsure data integrity and governanceMaintain system documentation
Reporting & InsightBuild and maintain dashboards and reportsMonitor KPI performance and data qualitySupport forecasting and pipeline reportingDeliver operational insight to stakeholders
Enablement & DocumentationOwn onboarding documentation and training materialsIdentify knowledge gaps and drive enablement initiativesLead or assist with live training sessions
Process Management & OptimisationOwn parts of the RevOps workflow (e.g. lifecycle stages, onboarding, handover)Design and improve processesIdentify bottlenecks and drive automation
Cross-Functional AlignmentPartner with Sales, Marketing & Customer SuccessMaintain shared definitions and metricsSupport GTM initiatives and launches

What are we looking for?1–2 years experience in RevOps / Sales Ops / Marketing Ops / CRM AdminPractical CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)Process-oriented mindsetBasic automation experienceReporting / BI exposureSaaS or martech experience
