Are you excited by the idea of uncovering revenue opportunities before anyone else sees them? Do you want to start your career at the intersection of ABM, Sales, RevOps, and GenAI‐powered tools — and actually activate strategy into pipeline? If so, we would love to hear from you!

About us: Fospha is dedicated to building the world’s most powerful measurement solution for online retail. For over a decade, we’ve helped teams make smarter decisions with full‐funnel marketing insights, forecasting, and optimisation. With Fospha, every team moves faster and grows smarter. Trusted by leading brands across three continents, including Huel, Oh Polly, and Dyson, Fospha manages $4 billion in annual ad spend. We’re scaling fast across London, Mumbai, and Austin – and we’re now looking for a GTM Activation Associate to join our Marketing team to support the growth of the business from all things pipeline creation across ABM, outbound, inbound, and partner‐led motions.

The Role: As a GTM Activation Associate, you’ll work alongside Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to help turn Fospha’s ABM strategy and signal‐based workflows into real sales conversations. You’ll take over and build on existing workflows created in modern GTM tools, learning how high‐performing outbound and ABM engines operate — and gradually taking more ownership as you grow. This means the opportunity to lead on initial sales calls and represent Fospha at leading events. This role is designed for someone early in their career but highly ambitious, who wants broad exposure across go‐to‐market functions and a clear path to progress. You’ll be based in our London office and work closely with Marketing and Sales on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and activate Fospha’s ABM & outbound workflows, running and iterating workflows to understand how signals, enrichment, and sequencing drive pipeline.
  • Identify early‐stage sales opportunities by monitoring market signals, job changes, engagement data, events, and inbound activity; source new opportunities on the ground at events.
  • Connect the dots between Marketing and Sales, ensuring the right accounts and contacts are prioritised and passed to Sales with the right context.
  • Work closely with Sales on opportunity handoff, liaising with Account Executives on lead quality, prioritisation, and follow‐up while learning how deals progress.
  • Track performance and learn from data, monitoring response rates, acceptance rates, meetings booked, and pipeline influenced.
  • Learn and experiment with GenAI‐powered GTM tools, using Fospha’s GenAI hub and modern tooling to improve personalisation and efficiency over time.

In addition to your core responsibilities, we expect you to be excited by the opportunity Gen AI brings and find new ways of working utilising our Gen AI hub!

What are we looking for? We hire for potential — you should apply if you:

  • Are early in your career and excited by B2B SaaS, sales, and growth.
  • Are curious, organised, and comfortable working with tools, data, and systems.
  • Have strong communication skills and enjoy working cross‐functionally.
  • Are motivated by commercial outcomes.
  • Want a role with progression and increasing ownership.

Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Internship or early experience in BDR, marketing, growth, or operations.
  • Exposure to CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) or outbound tools.
  • Interest in ABM, RevOps, or modern sales motions.

Our Values and Principles: You will be able to demonstrate examples of our core principles:

  • Seek inclusion & diversity: We create an environment where everyone feels welcome, and people are encouraged to speak and be heard.
  • Work Hard, Work Well, Work Together: We take responsibility for making things happen, independently and together; we help colleagues in need and close loops, making sure our work is complete and has lasting impact.
  • Grow: We are proactive, curious and unafraid of failure.
  • Customer at the heart: We care about the customer, feel their pain and love building product that solves their biggest problems.
  • Candour with caring: We deliver candid feedback with kindness and receive it with gratitude.

What we can offer you:

  • Competitive base salary and commission.
  • Be part of a leading global venture builder, Blenheim Chalcot, and learn from incredible talent.
  • Hands‐on exposure to modern ABM, outbound, and GTM execution.
  • Flexible benefits including Private Medical and Dental, gym subsidies, life assurance, and pension.
  • 25 days of paid holiday + your birthday off!
  • Free snacks in the office.
  • Quarterly team socials.
