The Role:We\’re hiring a Revenue Operations Graduate to support our growing Go‐To‐Market organisation across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Account Management, Platform Specialists and Customer Success.

This is an entry‐level role designed to give hands‐on exposure to revenue operations in a high‐growth SaaS environment. You will work with real systems, real data and real business problems from day one, with structured development and mentoring from the RevOps team.

This role suits a candidate who enjoys problem‐solving, systems thinking, and working with data — and who wants to build a long‐term career in operations, data or commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:Systems & Tools Support

Assist with managing HubSpot and other internal systems

Help with user support, data clean‐up and basic system configuration

Support testing and rollout of new tools and features

Help maintain documentation and how‐to guides

Reporting & Data Foundations

Assist with dashboards and reporting

Validate data accuracy and consistency

Support data audits and CRM hygiene checks

Learn how commercial KPIs are defined and measured

Enablement & Documentation

Support creation of internal guides and playbooks

Keep operational documentation up to date

Assist with onboarding content for new joiners

Support internal training initiatives

Process Support

Help document processes and workflows

Assist with lead routing checks and CRM structure improvements

Support simple workflow configuration and testing

Learn how automation works across the funnel
