Key Responsibilities:

    • Help maintain documentation and how‑to guides
  • Reporting & Data Foundations

    • Validate data accuracy and consistency
    • Support data audits and CRM hygiene checks
    • Learn how commercial KPIs are defined and measured
  • Enablement & Documentation
    • Support creation of internal guides and playbooks
    • Keep operational documentation up to date
    • Assist with onboarding content for new joiners
    • Support internal training initiatives
  • Process Support
    • Help document processes and workflows
    • Assist with lead routing checks and CRM structure improvements
    • Support simple workflow configuration and testing
    • Learn how automation works across the funnel

In addition to your core responsibilities, we expect you to be excited by the opportunity Gen AI brings and find new ways of working utilising our Gen Ai hub!

  • Proactive problem solver: Capacity to anticipate challenges, proactively address issues, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Adaptability: Agility to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively amidst changing circumstances.
